Founded in 2012, Tony and Kristina Page wanted to share their love of food. They started a new chapter in their lives to start Rooster Street Butcher, they truly believed in their dream; they wanted to remind people that healthy meat and simple ingredients can be transcendent, found locally, and are worth sharing with others. That we all should take the time to slow down, enjoy the moment, and appreciate quality products.
They wanted to offer a space; Rooster Street Butcher, where customers felt safe about their food choices, people could get cooking tips and
where customers could talk directly to the butchers; where there was transparency.
With time they added the fine casual dining, with simple counter service, and tables located right in the butcher shop. This gives customers the ultimate experience; healthy meat, amazing food and personalized customer service!

All of our meat is hormone free, has no added antibiotics, is raised on pasture by family farms that have a high touch approach. All of us at Rooster Street Butcher take great pride in what we do and truly feel that we offer high quality products with high-end service!
In addition to our meat having high standards we also choose wisely when it comes to all other ingredients, no chemicals, no fillers, no factory farms, no junk! All of our food is made fresh and from scratch.
